3-course gastronomic dinner prepared by renowned Chef Steve Pulman of Brasserie Cent-Six (106 Brisbane Road in Mooloolaba)

accompanied by a touristic presentation of the Marseille region by Christian Blondeaux from "France at Leisure".

Entertainment featuring a playlist of famous singers from "le Sud"

Welcome Drink : a glass of Bellini

Entrée:

Terrine de Légumes : a traditional Mediterranean vegetable terrine with aubergines, courgettes, capscicum
etc...

Main dish:
La Bouillabaisse: a fish stew originated in Provence made with delicious local fish and seafood.
 

Dessert:
Soufflé au Grand-Marnier: a light and fluffy, delicious soufflé made with Grand-Marnier liqueur
