BEAUJOLAIS NOUVEAU celebration

Every year since 1951, the third Thursday of November, marks an entertaining event for the worldwide wine community: the release of the new-vintage Beaujolais Nouveau wine.

This year will be no exception to the tradition, allowing many French people to enjoy a little taste of the just-fermented 2018 grape production,  virtually before everyone else can .

The joy we experience from one of the first 2018 wine from the Northern Hemisphere to be released, does deserve a little background story though.

It is a vintage showing promise of immense quality, vitality and freshness, much like the 2015, this year, more than ever, the remarkable terroirs excel in their expression, with more crispness, more elegance...

So, the important question is: how will you rate the 2018 Beaujolais Nouveau wines?

Come and find out on Saturday 24th of November

during our Beaujolais luncheon at La Maison du Patissier
